On the first page, i scribbled a random line in boredom one day, and it turned out to be the silouhette of a cool monster!
I drew the rest of it, and it was cool though it was "ironic", not a serious drawing, and by the way at that time the only way i could draw something good was BY CHANCE as you can see XD.
Oh wait, actually things haven't changed at all!
The thing is: I couldn't redo that drawing.
A problem that still haunts me.
I CANNOT DRAW THINGS TWICE, GODDAMIT!
They just get... worse.
I mean if they already suck, i can manage making them better with several attempts, but if i draw something good, i just won't be able to redraw it like it was (perhaps bigger/smaller sized).
Now, as i grew up, another issue was brought up along with my inability to redraw things: THE ACTUAL ANNOYANCE OF REDRAWING SOMETHING TWICE.
Yep, that's it. Fresh ideas are cool, but i ALMOST get tired of them at my first sketch... geez, i just want the ability to draw something fast, cool, without scraps! Is that asking for too much?
Yes, it definitely is.
Hernest Anyway, I have had an idea for a drawing for a while now, inspired by a sonnet from John Keats.
My english teacher explained its meaning so many times that it got stuck in my head and i had to do a funny drawing about it, despite the sonnet being sort of melancholic and creepy, of course! Because i have no respect for this things at all lol lol i liek teh interwebs!!!1
Now, the drawing (and the sonnet) is about a young lovers couple, with him chasing her (and never reaching her), and i just realized that drawing a movement is not some cheap business ._.
But... then it happened: I sketched it with my pen during Math class on my notebook and... the drawing wasn't good itself but the pose and proportions and stuff was just what i was looking for!
And guess what? Back home, i can't do a decent redrawing of it.
Sheet Sux.
My point is:
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO UNDERSTAND MATHS, JUST DRAW SOMETHING FOR CHRIST'S SAKE! ARE YOU WASTING YOUR TIME OR WHAT?!
